The La PAU 11 coliving building in Tarragona is a proposal designed for undergraduate, postgraduate, research students, or those on academic stays looking for student accommodation in Tarragona that is comfortable, well-located, and adapted to their pace.
Located in the city center, La PAU 11 offers a modern alternative to student residences in Tarragona, combining independence, community, and services in a single space.
Designed for functionality, it integrates services such as coworking, self-service laundry, WiFi, maintenance, cleaning of common areas, and parking options, in a safe and modern environment.
The studios, fully furnished and equipped with appliances, are organized into different types: shared or individual studios, with or without a terrace, adapting to the needs of temporary student accommodation.

Welcome pack
The studios are equipped with furniture and appliances, but do not include kitchen utensils or textiles.
Therefore, we offer the option to purchase a welcome pack with the basic items to move in from day one.
Studio equipment
All studios have a kitchen with appliances, complete furniture, and WiFi.
Additionally, they come with bed pillows included as a gift.
Utilities
Water and electricity utilities are managed by La Pau 11 and billed according to actual consumption.
There is also the possibility of a fixed monthly fee to further simplify your stay. You can inquire about this option during the application process.
Parking
Availability of parking spaces for cars or motorcycles within the same building (subject to availability).

What is La PAU 11?
La PAU 11 és una alternativa moderna a residència, pisos compartits i allotjaments habituals per a noies estudiants a Tarragona. Comunitat femenina d'estudiants universitàries.
What is the length of stay?
The stay is formalized for a minimum of one academic year. It can also be contracted for longer periods, up to the full duration of the degree (4–5 years).
In contracts for more than one course, the summer months between courses are included.
Can I choose a specific studio?
You can choose the type of accommodation and indicate preferences (street/interior, floor...).
The final assignment of the apartment is made by the property based on availability and requests received.
What services are included?
The price includes WiFi, maintenance, and cleaning of common areas.
Are utilities included?
Utilities are paid according to the consumption for each studio. There's no need to manage connections or disconnections: we take care of everything.
There is also the option of a fixed monthly fee of €100 per studio for a flat rate to avoid variations in cost. This can be requested during the booking process.
Is a guarantor required?
Yes, a guarantor (parents or legal guardians) will be required.
The application form details the necessary documentation.
How does the booking process work?
You need to fill out the application form with the required data and documentation.
From the applications received, those that best fit the idea of community, coexistence, and academic atmosphere we want to create are selected.
Once the profile has been assessed, we will contact you to inform you of the next steps.
Are there house rules?
Yes, there are basic rules to ensure a quiet, orderly, and respectful environment among everyone living there.
Is parking available?
Yes, there are spaces available for rent for cars or motorcycles (subject to availability).
More information can be requested through the form.
If I come alone, how can I share a room?
A group is provided so that interested people can get to know each other and reach an agreement.
The selection of the person to share the space with is the responsibility of the interested parties.
When formalizing the contract, it is done jointly with the two defined people.
Is it mandatory to share double apartments?
It is not mandatory. They are designed for two girls, who share the space and the cost.
But if a person prefers not to share, and there are no individual apartments available, they can still rent a double and use it individually.
Are the studios equipped with basic utensils?
The studios have the furniture and appliances necessary for daily life.
To make moving in even easier, you can purchase a welcome pack with basic kitchen utensils and essential items to start living there from the very first moment.
If you are interested in this option, you can indicate it on the application and we will provide more details during the process.
